Delivering exceptional student experiences is at the heart of this role. The Student Experience Manager will play a vital part in shaping our students' journeys and ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Job Description:

  • Provide expert guidance and advice to students on non-academic matters, including coordinating key events and offering pastoral care.
  • Monitor students' study progress and performance, including attendance and welfare, and coordinate transitional arrangements for new students.
  • Offer initial and basic counselling to students regarding study progression, load, and minor personal issues, and refer to professional counselling organizations when appropriate.
  • Aid with major campus functions and student events, including orientation and graduation.
  • Provide advice and information to applicants, academic staff, and external agencies about programs, procedures, and services.
  • Offer administrative support to the Campus Manager and other staff as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of key legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to international students.
  • Knowledge of ESOS Code of Practice and PRISMS (desirable).
  • Ability to plan, control, coordinate, and manage activities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous customer service experience preferably within an education environment.
