Client Services Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join a well-established private finance and accountancy firm based in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Our client is seeking a professional with a proven track record in client services within an accounting or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate monthly billing with Directors and professional staff;
- Assistance with editing, formatting and finalising proposals, engagement letters and advice documents;
- Process on-boarding of new clients including ethical clearance from previous accountant;
- Coordinate tax return lodgement program including internal reporting and lodgement of tax returns to the ATO;
- Preparation & setup of new jobs for clients' annual compliance;
- Collation of client tax packages including financial statements & taxation returns;
- Liaise with clients for the return of signed documents;
- Other various ad hoc matters relating to the general running of the day to day requirements of the Practice.
- A background or past experience in a similar accounting/financial sector role is required;
- Positivity, can-do attitude;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally & written;
- A good understanding and experience dealing with numbers;
- An ability to work independently but equally as well as part of the Administration Team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software skills;
- Maintain a high level of strict confidentiality.
