Client Services Coordinator

At Mills Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Client Services Assistant to join our team of Accountants. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our team, maintaining a client database, preparing fees, and collating financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client services support
- Maintain client database
- Prepare fees
- Collate financial reports
- PDF client income tax returns and financial statements
- Other general administrative duties including scanning and filing
- Ordering of office supplies
- Relief Reception as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years' experience working in client services/admin
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Great communication skills
- Must have own transport
What We Offer:
Salary for this role is excellent at $60-70,000 + superannuation.
