The Role:

We are seeking a customer-centric, intellectually curious professional to drive the successful architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade integration solutions as part of our Professional Services Architecture team.

This role is for someone who is energized by finding solutions to complex problems, has demonstrated creative problem-solving ability, and has experience leading and managing customer engagements and implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work with customers to architect solutions for complex integration requirements and present the recommended architecture to stakeholders.
  2. Provide architecture reviews, application discussions, and prototype or full development as needed.
  3. Design data and application integration solutions utilizing SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).
  4. Lead customers and partners through the requirements phase of an implementation process, including explaining use cases and configuration options.
  5. Provide consulting assistance to ensure engagement success.
  6. Perform data and/or application integration design and development, technical product assistance, and tuning to meet customer performance and functional requirements.
  7. Communicate complex architecture designs and business concepts clearly and professionally.
  8. Develop and document best practices based on field experience.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or related discipline.
  2. 10 years of enterprise software integration experience.
  3. Solid experience working in a client-facing, customer-centric environment, shaping architecture solutions, and delivering outcomes for the client business.
  4. Ability to share knowledge within the consulting business, contribute to its growth.
  5. Experience with building end-to-end integrations using Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) development platforms.
  6. Deep understanding of integration patterns and ability to design and architect best technical solutions to connect with various SaaS and on-premises applications.
  7. Experience in developing integration solutions between cloud, custom, and on-premises software.
  8. Working knowledge of REST/SOAP/XML/JSON.
  9. Working knowledge of APIM.
  10. Experience in data integration, application integration, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google, or Azure), or big data.
  11. Experience in the architectural design and implementation of integration solutions, including batch and real-time data, messaging/event processing, cloud, process integrations.
  12. Experience with integration technologies like Informatica, Mulesoft, Boomi, etc., and in-depth understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
  13. In-depth understanding and appreciation of security, high availability, stability concerns in distributed environments.
  14. Experience in data warehouse solutions, including design, development, and implementation of data integration ETL/ELT processes.
  15. Experience with cloud APIs to automate provisioning, deployment, and improving system performance.
  16. Self-starter, able to work independently.
  17. Strong communication, both verbal and written, able to explain architecture and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  18. Experience in leading teams as an architect, ensuring developers/third-party solutions align correctly with requirements.
  19. Effective time management during project delivery, working to agreed client deadlines while maintaining quality.
  20. Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
Nice to Haves:
  1. Hands-on experience with writing SQL and Oracle queries.
  2. Knowledge in NoSQL technologies (Mongo, CouchDB, Cassandra, Neo4j).
  3. Experience with enterprise-grade applications such as Oracle E-Business, Oracle Fusion ERP, SAP R/3, SAP S/4 Hana, ServiceNow, or Workday.
  4. Experience with working with Java-based applications.
  5. Experience with AWS services like S3, Elastic Computing, etc.
  6. Very good knowledge of scripting skills in Python, Perl, Java-based applications.
  7. Understanding of HTTP protocols.
  8. Knowledge in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) based application development.
