About the Role
As a skilled Site Project Coordinator, you will oversee projects in NSW, managing site activities, coordinating staff and contractors to ensure successful delivery of pump, pipe, water and civil infrastructure. You will work closely with clients and the internal team, maintaining a high standard of site safety and on-time project delivery.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets and resources
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of pump and water infrastructure builds
  • Operate civil plant and equipment
  • Maintain an orderly and safe working environment
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues
  • Prepare and submit project performance reports
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning


Requirements and Skills


  • Proven experience in site project coordination for industrial and civil applications
  • Understanding of pumps, piping or civil infrastructure
  • Experience with operating civil plant and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and forward plan
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Civil engineering or relevant technical civil background
  • Valid driver's licence
