Job Title: Claims Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of claims to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Facilitate early access to suitable rehabilitation to enable injured claimants to achieve optimal recovery.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including claimants, third-party providers, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Workers Compensation claims, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Empathy and compassion for customers, understanding their unique situations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building, complex information conveyance, and negotiation with various stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and written skills, allowing for effective claim management within the framework of State legislation.
  • Commitment to exceeding customer expectations and a high degree of integrity in all interactions.
