Job Title: Claims Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of claims to ensure accurate and timely resolution.

  • Facilitate early access to suitable rehabilitation, enabling injured claimants to achieve the best possible recovery.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, building rapport and conveying complex information to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Workers Compensation claims, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Empathy and compassion for customers, understanding their unique situations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling effective negotiation and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and written skills, allowing for efficient management of claims within legislative frameworks.
  • A strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations and upholding the highest level of integrity.
