Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre Sales Solution Architect to support our organization's growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding customer business problems, providing innovative solutions, and driving the solution throughout the development lifecycle from pre-sales to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in solution design, customer engagement, and project delivery.

Key Activities

  • Client Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Solution Design: Develop and present technical solutions that meet client requirements. Create detailed proposals, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and cost estimates with the help of offshore teams.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Design and oversee PoCs to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions to clients.
  • Customer Convincing: Effectively communicate and convince clients of the benefits and value of proposed solutions.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in solutions architecture, presales, and project delivery.
Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Experience in applying artificial intelligence to provide innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Expertise in native mobile development for iOS and Android and experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks such as React Native, and Flutter will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
