Job Title: International Trade Facilitator

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the smooth and compliant movement of international shipments through customs and regulatory processes.

This role requires collaboration with customers, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate efficient customs clearance operations and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
  • Review customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, and determine duty rates and tax liabilities.
  • Resolve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving any clearance issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Secondary education or equivalent.
  • At least three (3) years of work experience in Customs. For Associate level, no prior experience is required. For Lead level, at least five (5) years of work experience in Customs, of which at least two (2) years in a similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and trade compliance.
  • Proficient in customs clearance software and online customs portal.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
