**Commercial Finance Data Analyst Role Summary:**

This role requires a skilled commercial finance professional to provide insightful reporting and analysis across key financial and operational metrics to senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel, PowerBI or Board Analytics tool to present commercial insights to stakeholders.

  • Analyse financial, operational and clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Lead the provision of monthly data to third party partners to ensure data integrity.

  • Support the budget and reforecast process by providing insights into key revenue and expense drivers.

  • Develop and enhance driver-based budget and forecast models.

  • Act as a bridge between finance users and ICT team data requirements and finance solution deployment.

Key Skills and Expertise:
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance and be CPA/CA qualified.
  • Aged Care Industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Have advanced proficiency using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Possess SQL / PowerBI / other data analytics tool proficiency.
  • Have strong commercial acumen and be a strong team player.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to reporting deadlines.
  • Have complex problem-solving skills in addition to flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
