The Opportunity - Lead Digital Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled digital designer to lead the development of innovative and engaging digital experiences. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of graphic design, motion, and emerging digital platforms.

  1. Design and develop digital experiences across various channels, including animation, motion design, and interactive elements.
  2. Collaborate with art directors, writers, and other designers to bring creative concepts to life.
  3. Mentor and grow the digital design team to ensure best-in-class product delivery.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design industry trends, technologies, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual design concepts for digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Mentor junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all digital channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in motion design using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong experience working on digital and retail OOH, display, site, app, and social media projects.
  • Highly skilled in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Animate, After Effects, Illustrator).
  • Proficient in GWD (Google Web Designer) and Sketch or Figma.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
