Learning Experience Designer

Craft digital learning experiences that are sharp, engaging and deeply human. As our Digital Learning Lead, you will be responsible for designing digital learning collections for leadership development across all levels.

This hands-on role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create compelling primers, videos, microlearning and digital learning content that motivates leaders to engage and apply what they learn.

You will translate complex ideas into simple, accessible formats that align with the brand and learning outcomes. Your expertise will help ensure content is inclusive, engaging and accessible.

We're looking for a confident communicator and learning content creator who can manage complex stakeholder needs and translate subject matter into clear compelling learning assets.

  • Proven experience in digital learning design, especially for leadership or people development audiences
  • Strong instructional design skills and a portfolio of digital content that drives behaviour change
  • Proficiency in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and other eLearning platforms
  • A curious mindset – you're already exploring emerging technologies like AI and thinking about how they can enhance learning experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
