About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Workflow Team as a Chapter Lead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineers in the development and implementation of complex workflow solutions in a cloud-based environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of innovative technology solutions.
  • Provide technology oversight to different business units and support critical programs of work.
  • Collaborate with high-performing engineers to define current and future states and roadmaps.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with cloud-scalable platforms, API specification, design, and tooling.
  • Certification or exposure to CI/CD pipeline configuration, DevOps-managed environments, and observability tools.
  • A strong background in software development, preferably with C#, .NET Core, SOAP/REST APIs, Microservices, containerisation, Node, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Experience working with workflow platforms, AI tooling, data lake architecture, and API-based data offerings.
