About the Role

Drive innovation in workflow engineering and spearhead architecture, design, build, and governance roadmaps across a leading practice.

  • Develop strategic technical solutions to complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with high-performing engineers to define current and future states and roadmaps.
  • Translate project vision into actionable plans and iterative delivery.
  • Challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Influence the future of technology direction every day.
  • Lead and mentor engineers while fostering DevOps mindset and engineering excellence.
Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ongoing change and development for workflow solutions and provide technology oversight to different business units.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience with workflow platforms (e.g. Pega, Appian).
  • Proficiency in Cloud & Infrastructure as Code.
  • Familiarity with Microservices and cloud-native integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure development pipelines.
  • Data architecture and telemetry tooling skills (e.g. Observe, Obstack, PagerDuty).
  • Programming languages such as C#, Python, Java.
