Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our Resource Team on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role
  • Schedule and roster direct care providers to ensure continuous high-quality service reaches all clients.
  • Analyse provider availability and balance rosters to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor, manage and action notifications received from providers.
  • Maintain the integrity of data within management systems to ensure accurate rostering and compliance.
  • Process planned and unplanned leave, including holiday period leave.
  • Verify and follow-up discrepancies in direct care providers' timesheets and authorisation.
  • Provide administration support to the Line Manager and team as delegated.
  • Support and implement continuous improvement of business processes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a rostering/scheduling position is highly desirable.
  • Flexible to work varied rosters within operating hours and willingness to travel other offices in Perth metro region.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal & listening) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to autonomously manage time and organise workload.
  • An empathetic approach to dealing with client and provider scheduling issues.
