About the opportunity

We are currently seeking a Resource Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and optimisation of Minprovise's Resource Management Systems to support efficient planning, scheduling, compliance, and mobilisation of our workforce to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain daily operations of the Resource Management Systems, ensuring system availability and performance
  • Identify and implement system enhancements to improve functionality and user experience
  • Analyse worker utilisation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, particularly within the CRU Rostering System
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff using the Resource Management Systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for processes, configurations, and system changes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the system meets workforce allocation needs

Qualifications and Experience:

You will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Certificate IV in Information Technology (Systems Administration), Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administrating resource or workforce management systems
  • Proficiency in systems administration, data analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work across teams.
