We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team within the Radiology and Nuclear medicine department. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with and caring for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.

  • You will act as a surgical scrub/scout, administering procedural sedation for patients having routine and complex Interventional Radiology procedures.
  • Post-procedure care will be provided to patients, including post-sedation monitoring and safe discharge.
Requirements:
  • A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential, with a minimum of one year's experience in a clinical setting.
  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for continuous professional development and quality improvement.
  • Demonstrated empathy and strong emotional intelligence are essential qualities for success in this role.
  • A proven customer service focus and problem-solving ability are also required.
  • Specialised clinical skills, such as conscious sedation administration and scrub/scout for interventional procedures, are highly desirable.
