Compassionate Healthcare Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications according to personalized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Develop and evaluate comprehensive care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Build trusting relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their journey.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor care team members, promoting best practices and ensuring a safe and clean environment for all.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited institution
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to manage complex care needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
