**Opportunity for a Dedicated Healthcare Professional**

This exciting opportunity involves delivering one-to-one care to children and young people in homes, schools, and community settings. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver IV infusions, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, home parenteral nutrition (HPN/TPN), and other interventions.
  • Educate and support families to manage treatments safely and independently.
  • Work as part of a wider team; primarily work solo, seeing 1–3 patients in their homes each day, with travel across the region.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Registered Nurse (NMC-registered with valid pin)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility and resilience for community-based work
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
  • Care and empathy to help patients achieve goals
  • Well-organised, able to manage own workload and itinerary
  • Basic IT skills

**Benefits:**

  • Standard Monday–Friday schedule 8am–5pm
