About our Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. This pivotal role will play a critical part in maintaining a productive work environment by overseeing all site office administration requirements.
This exciting opportunity will involve:
- processing payroll daily
- coordinating production recruitment from advertising to induction
- invoicing customer orders and processing purchase orders
- managing office equipment and stationery requirements
- end-of-month reporting for account reconciliation and processing of banking
- producing order confirmations to suppliers
- organizing morning teas and quarterly lunches
- relief support for reception
About You
We are looking for an individual with experience in office administration, preferably with exposure to payroll functions. A team player who can contribute to a positive work environment, you will have open and transparent communication, and the ability to cultivate positive relationships within our office environment.
As well as:
- being highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize
- priding yourself on thoroughness and attention to detail
- being flexible and willing to support others
- having the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- being confident using MS Excel and Outlook, and able to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
- being dependable, punctual, and able to commit to a Monday-to-Friday schedule
