About our Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator at our Dandenong site.
This pivotal role will play a critical part in maintaining a productive work environment by overseeing all site office administration requirements. Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll and managing financial transactions
- Coordinating production recruitment, from advertising to onboarding
- Invoicing customer orders and processing purchase orders
- Managing office equipment and supplies
- Preparing end-of-month reports for account reconciliation and banking
- Producing order confirmations for suppliers
- Organizing team events and providing relief support for reception
About You
We are looking for an experienced office administrator with a strong background in payroll functions. As a team player, you will contribute to a positive work environment with open and transparent communication. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize
- Pride in thoroughness and attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to support others
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Confidence using MS Excel and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn in-house systems
- Dependability, punctuality, and commitment to a Monday-to-Friday schedule
