Job Summary

We are seeking an expert Technical Specialist to drive the successful implementation and optimization of our technology solutions.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow administration and development, with a focus on ITOM.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, and CMDB is required.
  • Candidates must have excellent development skills in JavaScript, including customizations, patterns, probes, and scripts.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, data transformation, and import set mapping is also essential.
  • Furthermore, excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM components, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, and CMDB.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including customizations, patterns, probes, and scripts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
