Job Description

As a Regional Director of Indirect Procurement AMETA, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional indirect procurement strategy aligned with global objectives and local business needs.

The role involves cultivating and sustaining a culture that promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for all employees. You will assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while driving progress toward business goals.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive change management, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders, functional heads, and external partners.

The successful candidate will steward the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that support the achievement of business objectives.
