We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our Indirects category, driving strategic projects and managing critical supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy for the Indirects category, ensuring maximum value and minimal risk.
- SOURCE NEGOTIATE AND MANAGE SUPPLIER CONTRACTS TO PROVIDE MAXIMUM VALUE.
- Identify and execute strategic projects with suppliers, driving business growth and improvement.
- Manage risks associated with external spend, including commercial, contract, supplier dependency, financial, safety, service, and reputation.
- Foster strong relationships with critical suppliers and engage stakeholders across the organization to manage relationships effectively.
- 7+ years of commercial experience managing relationships and proven experience in the Indirects category.
- Delivering effective commercial outcomes and contract management.
- Knowledge of the Indirects category is required.
- Commercial skillset with demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing complex large-spend contracts.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact at all levels, including general managers and other stakeholder groups.
