Job Title: Indirect Spend Manager

Job Description:

  • This role features a flexible work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.
  • We are seeking a Procurement Manager to take full ownership of assigned categories, ensuring effective supplier management, cost optimisation, and value delivery.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement procurement strategies that support both operational and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead procurement strategies across assigned categories.
  • Work closely with teams and stakeholders to drive procurement efficiencies.
  • Proactively assess and manage risks within supplier agreements and service contracts.
  • Oversee spend under management, price lists, contract negotiations, invoice reconciliation, and consumption tracking.
  • Implement initiatives to improve supplier performance and deliver cost and service efficiencies.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring procurement solutions align with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement category management, indirect spend categories a bonus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive cost optimisation and improve supplier value.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in governance, compliance, and risk management within procurement.
