Job Opportunity for Impactful Professionals

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Job Coach, where you will play a vital role in empowering people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

As a Job Coach, your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the process of achieving job readiness and securing sustainable employment. This involves working closely with clients to identify their strengths and goals, developing strategies to enhance their employability, and fostering relationships with local employers to source job opportunities.

You will also be responsible for monitoring client progress, documenting activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. In addition, you will contribute to a vibrant and collaborative team environment, working alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds who share a passion for making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for clients to achieve job readiness
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities and facilitate placements
  • Monitor and document client progress, including achievements and challenges
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of need
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and employers alike
  • Confidence in working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivering measurable results
