About the Role:

The Workplace Guidance Specialist role focuses on empowering clients to achieve job-readiness and secure sustainable employment opportunities.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients;
  • Implementing effective strategies to place participants in long-term employment, ensuring positive outcomes for both clients and employers;
  • Ensuring all activities are properly recorded and documented, adhering to compliance and contractual requirements;
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles or a related field;
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals overcoming challenges, fostering strong relationships and trust;
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with multiple stakeholders;
  • A proven track record of delivering results-driven placements that lead to lasting employment for clients and employers;
  • A genuine passion for being part of a broader organization, aligning with its purpose: connecting people and businesses so they can thrive together;
  • Holding a valid driver's license.
