We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Employment Specialist. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering and motivating individuals to achieve their employment goals.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers, building strong relationships and trust. You will assist them in achieving positive results during interviews, understand their career aspirations, and link them with various activities to enhance their skillset if needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to utilize your influencing skills to connect customers with employers and build meaningful connections to secure employment opportunities.

About YouWe are looking for a solutions-focused individual with a positive mindset, who is self-confident and motivated. You should have strong organisational and administration skills, be resilient, empathetic, and a team player. A current driver's license is also required, as well as the ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance.
