Job Description
As an IT Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders from various District government agencies to design, develop, test, implement, and support web-based applications using ASP.NET/C#, MVC, and other web technologies. You will also participate in project teams to establish business requirements for agency systems and provide technical solutions concerning complex problems. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interface with business users in a professional manner to understand their requirements and analyze them to plan and develop solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of progressive experience performing duties and responsibilities such as programming and conducting systems analysis. You must also have a basic understanding of tax, compliance, or financial regulations and experience with Python, Java, or other programming languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
