Job Description

We are seeking an experienced data migration professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless data transfer between systems.
  • Develop and maintain complex ETL processes using tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, Microsoft SSIS, or IBM DataStage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in data migration projects, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of data migration tools and techniques, including data mapping, data profiling, and data cleansing.
  3. Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation and transformation.
  4. Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
