Key Responsibilities:- Grow visibility, financial sustainability, philanthropic support, and engagement with the broader literary community through innovative marketing strategies.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with government, funding bodies, sponsors, and other literary organisations.
This is an opportunity to amplify the voices of 2000 Victorian writers' members and drive long-term growth of an esteemed arts organisation.
About You:- Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, and business development within the arts, literary, or not-for-profit sectors.
- Expertise in marketing, including digital platforms, audience development, and communication.
- A track record of stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, and fundraising.
- Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
