  • Drive business growth by identifying ways to expand the wedding and social events market.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations, capture hearts, and deliver unforgettable memories.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for driving wedding & social event revenue.
  • Reporting on daily conversions, keeping abreast of market conditions, trends, and competitors in the wedding and social space.
  • Embracing a holistic venue approach from micro to large events.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Understanding the wedding market and taking a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Coordinating wedding showcases and trade show attendance.
  • Building lasting and memorable relationships that generate sales opportunities.
  • Providing end-to-end client wedding and social event sales, from initial inquiry to presenting a proposal, contract, invoicing, reporting, through to event orders, and execution of the event on the day.
  • Executing and supporting the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposals, writing contracts, customer correspondence).
  • Using knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue.
  • Identifying new business to achieve personal and location revenue targets.
  • Supporting the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence in each guest interaction.
  • Providing excellent customer service consistent with the service basics of the company and setting a positive example for guest relations.
  • Interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
