We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Lead Wedding Sales Manager to spearhead our wedding sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and exceed client expectations.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity requiring flexibility in availability. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert guidance and support to bring their dream weddings to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage sales leads and liaise with clients to ensure seamless communication
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and client profiles
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities and upsell services to enhance client experiences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in events and sales, preferably with a focus on weddings
  • A tertiary qualification in event or hospitality management
