The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead the VitaPet brand in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the strategy for the brand, from innovation and portfolio management to communications and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual VitaPet brand plan
  • Use data-driven insights to evolve the innovation funnel and refine the portfolio architecture
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver key projects and activations
  • Develop and implement the VitaPet communications and activation plan
  • Participate in key business processes, including stage gate, IBP, and commercial planning

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L and category dynamics
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams
