The Opportunity

As a Senior Brand Manager for VitaPet in Australia, you will lead the strategy for the brand, from innovation and portfolio management to communications and activations.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the annual delivery of the VitaPet brand plan.
  • Evaluate the innovation funnel and refine the portfolio architecture using data-driven insights.
  • Motivate and lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Develop and execute the VitaPet communications and activation plan.
  • Participate in key business processes, including stage gate, IBP, and commercial planning.
  • Drive the VitaPet brand philosophy internally and with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications.
  • Prior experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG and animal health, food, baby products, or related fields.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and commercial acumen skills.
  • Strong relationship development and influencing skills.
  • Able to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
