Job Overview

  • Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.\
  • Create and maintain an innovative cocktail menu that aligns with our plant-based and sustainable philosophy.\
  • Train, manage, and motivate the bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism.\
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering, minimising waste and controlling costs.\
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and beverages.\
  • Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standard and delivered in a timely manner.\
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, handling any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.\
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.\
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and local competition, continually improving the bar's offerings and services.\

Requirements

  • \
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a high-paced, hospitality environment.\
  • Strong mixology skills and a deep understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails.\
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.\
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.\
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.\
  • Understanding of sustainable practices and commitment to our eco-friendly ethos.\
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • RSA Certification in NSW required.\
