About the Role

We are seeking a talented Change Analyst to join our team at Sunwater. As a Change Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and assessing change, developing plans and artefacts, and building employee capability and confidence to adopt and embed project or initiative implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess impacts to ensure the scope of change is clarified early and planned for accordingly.
  • Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments to support change management activities.
  • Clarify and articulate the change across people, process, and systems, taking into consideration organisational culture, change readiness, and leadership requirements to embed the changes effectively.
  • Prepare appropriate plans, progress monitoring, and artefacts encompassing change management, collaboration, and consultation, communication, and training activities that build capability and confidence and support embedding project or initiative implementations.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Sunwater and enable leaders to raise change awareness, foster collaboration, and inform project deliverables across all phases of change.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal presentation.
  • Ability to influence: Understanding and the ability to influence and enable leaders to raise change awareness, foster collaboration, and achieve intended outcomes.
  • Collaborative: Work collaboratively with project team members and different specialists to achieve project outcomes.
