Administrative Support Professional

 Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our agriculture team, ensuring timely and accurate support to teams across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Organic Nutrients Manager.
  • Assist in day-to-day operational administration, ensuring timely and accurate support to teams across multiple sites.
  • Prepare, maintain, and generate regular reports to support planning, compliance, and operational reviews for livestock, cropping, and compost operations.
  • Coordinate and track project activities, meetings, and site visits, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring action items.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Assist with sales documentation for agricultural commodities and compost.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with agricultural best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain filing systems and keep them up to date.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within an agriculture-related environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support activities at remote sites.
