Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee vehicle handovers, ensuring thorough checks are completed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records to guarantee rental vehicles have valid insurance and registration.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and payments in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned, and serviced on time.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and basic reporting using Microsoft Excel software.
  • Occasionally assist with ordering or picking up car parts.
  • Evaluate daily operations for efficiency while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) - Strong administrative skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (rental office, automotive, or fleet management preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Team player - Works well with others.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented individual - Ability to multitask.
