Administrative Fleet Operations Manager

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day fleet operations across Australia, ensuring seamless management of the RV and motorhome rental fleet.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily fleet administration tasks such as raising Purchase Orders for vendors, parts, and teams.
  • Assisting in monitoring and processing admin tasks from the Repairs inbox.
  • Administering vehicle registration processes and creating service history documents for ex-rental vehicles.
  • Collaborating with Scheduling to manage spare vehicle keys and monitor vehicle builds.
  • Compiling data for fleet campaigns, recalls, modifications, and Safe Work Instructions (SOPs).
  • Maintaining accurate fleet databases, records, and reports on fleet metrics.
  • Building strong relationships with repairers and vendors to resolve invoicing and parts issues.

Requirements:

  • A high school certificate or equivalent is required; a tertiary qualification in Travel and Tourism or Administration is desirable.
  • Previous experience in fleet administrative support or data processing roles is essential.
  • Some mechanical knowledge or experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team are required.
  • Advanced computer and organisational skills are necessary.
