Lead Transformation and Communication Strategy

You will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of strategic transformation and communication practices.

  • Design and deliver robust transformation and communication strategies to support successful project outcomes.
  • Embed tools, frameworks, and standards in our transformation management practice.
  • Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of transformation maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead strategic communications aligned to our vision.
  • Support delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams.
  • Own and optimise our change management process and manage critical incident communications.
  • Embed a high-performance culture across the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced change management capability with experience applying methodologies in customer-facing environments.
  • Strong project delivery skills with the ability to integrate transformation across complex businesses.
