Philanthropy Services Manager

The Philanthropy Services Manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service to a book of philanthropic clients, supporting strategy and identifying opportunities to grow the philanthropic and not-for-profit client base.
Key Responsibilities- Support philanthropists in creating and executing their granting strategies
- Attend nominated trust meetings to provide governance, distribution, and sector expertise
- Actively support strategies to attract and acquire clients through the delivery of philanthropic and not-for-profit products and services
- Ensure financial advisers and other key internal roles are trained in various philanthropic structures, and proactively assist advisers to seek business development opportunities from their existing clients and contact networks
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, relevant legislation, and general fiduciary/client duties and responsibilities
We're looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in client-facing or relationship management roles
- Experience working in and/or with not-for-profit or philanthropic organisations
- Pitches and presentation experience
- A proven excellence in written and verbal communications skills
- A proven ability in relationship management
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
