About the Role

The Philanthropy Services Manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service to a book of philanthropic clients and supporting strategy to grow the philanthropic and not-for-profit client base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting philanthropists in the creation and execution of their granting strategies
  • Attending nominated trust meetings to provide governance, distribution, and sector expertise
  • Actively supporting strategies to attract and acquire clients through the delivery of philanthropic and not-for-profit products and services
  • Ensuring financial advisers and other key internal roles are trained in various philanthropic structures, and proactively assisting advisers to seek business development opportunities from their existing clients and contact networks
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, relevant legislation, and general fiduciary/client duties and responsibilities

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in client-facing or relationship management roles
  • Experience working in and/or with not-for-profit or philanthropic organisations
  • Pitches and presentation experience
  • A proven excellence in written and verbal communications skills
  • A proven ability in relationship management
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
