Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a rewarding role in Building Management? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our team as a Building Manager and Concierge.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a unique blend of building management and concierge services. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the building meets all regulations, managing maintenance and security, and providing top-notch concierge services. Your primary objective will be to create exceptional experiences for our customers and manage the property with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance across all areas of the building, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations
  • Ensure WHSE policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders
  • Develop and implement policies for the management and maintenance of building equipment and systems
  • Oversee cleaning, security, and safety inspections
  • Prepare tender documents and provide recommendations to the committee
  • Effectively manage contractors on site, ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
  • Liaise with owners, committee members, and service providers
  • Create and present monthly reports
  • Attend scheduled committee meetings and annual general meetings
  • Deal with after-hours emergencies

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with the following qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of Building Management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and a solutions-oriented approach
  • A solid understanding of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation, WHS, and Financials
