The Opportunity

We're seeking a Workplace Experience Concierge to join our Property Management team at a leading health precinct.
This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same.
From welcoming tenants and visitors, to coordinating events and supporting facilities, you'll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of the community.
What you'll be doing
Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and the community – always approachable, professional and welcoming
Maintain a polished and vibrant lobby, ensuring it reflects the identity of the precinct
Coordinate concierge services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering and local recommendations
Plan and deliver lobby activations, events and seasonal experiences that build community connection
Support the property and facilities team with inspections, contractor access and day-to-day coordination
What we're looking for
A confident communicator who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys building rapport
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service
Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience or facilities coordination
Experience in placemaking / marketing desirable
Interest or experience in health and digital innovation will be highly regarded
