About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Relationships & Oversight Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring smooth client experiences in the financial services industry.

Your primary focus will be on understanding key stakeholders and company expectations, resolving client and service provider issues, escalating when necessary. You will also assist in fund transition, termination, and accounts receivable processes.

Additionally, you will prepare submissions for internal committees and act as a delegate as needed. Your ability to manage and prioritize workload, support company growth, and contribute to system and process enhancements will be highly valued.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand key stakeholders and company expectations
  • Resolve client and service provider issues, escalating when necessary
  • Assist in fund transition, termination, and accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare submissions for internal committees and act as a delegate as needed
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of the managed funds industry with listed and unlisted products
  • Basic understanding of corporate governance and risk management
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload and support company growth
  • Basic knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASIC requirements for managed funds (highly regarded)
