Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and modification of mechanical parts and assemblies using drafting software.
  • Support prototype development, testing, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality standards.
  • Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports for internal use and client delivery.
  • Help troubleshoot production issues and suggest practical engineering solutions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within engineering and manufacturing processes.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers and production staff to develop, refine, and support the design and manufacture of mechanical components, with a focus on polyurethane applications.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, proficiency in CAD tools such as Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar. They should have a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to solve complex problems efficiently. Basic knowledge of materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes is also essential.
