This is a full-time position with a sedentary work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacy practice, preferably in an ambulatory setting, and strong leadership skills. They will also be able to effectively interact with patients/customers and prioritize duties and delegate responsibilities.

The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing medication-related outcomes for patients within our medical group and manage medication therapy opportunities across all populations served by our medical group. They will also provide program development support for transitional medication management and support services.

Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy and licensed in the State of Ohio
  • PGY-1 Residency or Equivalent Clinical Experience Preferred
  • Experience in working in and leading interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
