Chief Pharmacy Executive

This role presents a unique chance to lead the pharmacy from inception, overseeing all operational aspects. As an expert Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for managing stock and staff, as well as supervising dispensing services, including vaccinations and clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee overall store operations, including inventory and personnel management.
- Supervise forward dispensing, vaccination services, and clinical care.
- Confidence in Methadone/Suboxone services is essential; training in Oral Therapies (ORT) is highly desirable.
- AHPRA registration as a qualified Pharmacist.
- Ability to work independently, manage store operations, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in dispensing medication, delivering professional services, and working effectively within a team.
- Previous experience with Fred Dispense software is advantageous.
- Willingsness to undertake Full Scope training is preferred.
As the sole Pharmacist on duty, you will be supported by two Pharmacy Assistants during each shift. A part-time Pharmacist may also assist at times.
The store is located approximately 40 kilometers east of Brisbane's CBD in a new development area. The nearby sister store provides opportunities for collaboration and networking.
