Automotive Leadership Role

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales leadership and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead store operations, including sales, service, and repair functions.
- Coach and develop team members in technical skills and customer service.
- Build strong customer relationships through trust and open communication.
- Drive store performance in sales, productivity, and profitability.
- Maintain high-quality service standards, efficient workflows, and a safe, clean environment.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail automotive management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Tire and automotive service knowledge.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- State inspection license (or ability to obtain).
- A fast-paced work environment with a supportive team culture.
- Full-time position with 52+ hours per week, including Saturdays.
- Physically demanding role involving standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and shop exposure.
